I was absolutely blown away by the amazing beds at this place, they were seriously comfortable! And let me tell you, the open fire in the living room was beyond cozy, it made our evenings so magical. Plus, the kids went wild for the play equipment in the garden, they had a blast! The whole cottage was filled with beautiful and quirky features that made it so special, both inside and out. The outdoor space was fantastic with ample room for the little ones to run around, and we even found some lovely walking trails nearby. Oh, and the local pub with giant chess in the garden was a super cool find! The owner was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and providing us with great recommendations for local eateries. They even let us postpone our trip due to a family emergency, which was such a relief. And to top it all off, there was a welcome gift of Prosecco when we arrived. I can't recommend this place enough, it was absolutely perfect for our family getaway.

I always come back to this amazing place. The staff is helpful, even returning my forgotten earphones. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, free parking, a flat-screen TV, and more. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

We definitely got great value for our money at Yew Tree Cottage. The room was clean, cozy, and full of character, with crooked beams and quirky features. The location was perfect for us, with beautiful walks and a charming local pub nearby. The staff were incredibly accommodating and even provided us with early check-in and recommendations for nearby restaurants. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and there was even a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us as a welcome gift!

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better were the breakfast items. They could have been a bit more varied and fresh.
